Caramel - Hazelnut - Brown Butter

This bar takes an unconventional approach to most milk chocolates. We use a higher percentage cacao content and don’t load it with sugar. The goal was to create a bar that is approachable by milk chocolate lovers, but still highlights the taste of the cacao. Surprising to most, the same amount of organic sugar is added to this bar as is in our 70% single-origin dark bars. We only add a touch of organic milk powder to give it that rich creaminess we all love in milk chocolate.
