We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your chocolate arrives fresh and in excellent condition. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
During warmer months, we include insulation and ice packs and may adjust shipping methods based on your location to protect your order from heat.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

All dark chocolate bars, including inclusions and fillings, are vegan. Milk chocolate bars contain dairy and therefore do not fall under “vegan” foods. Please refer to each individual product for specification on whether it is gluten free.

While not all of our bars include nuts, they are all made in a facility that also processes almonds & hazelnuts.

Yes, our chocolate is handmade — a true labor of love. From roasting the beans, processing cacao and to molding our bars, every step is done with care to honor the craft and bring out the best in every origin we work with.

Yes, all CAR Artisan Chocolate is handcrafted, packaged, and shipped here in Pasadena by the CAR team.

CAR is the family who crafts and manages CAR Artisan Chocolate. The company was started by founder and CEO Haris Car.
