THE CAR STORY
What began as a trip to Peru ended with a love for the mesmerizing, meticulous process of crafting bean-to-bar chocolate. CAR Artisan Chocolate was born shortly after, with little more than a passion for crafting and dedication to its heritage, and since then has perfected the ultra-smooth, complex flavor and texture of extraordinary chocolate.
